In this pure Network game you can choose between 8 different spaceships with unique characteristics. Controls are very simple. Fellow players can join at any time into a running game. Apart from your opponents’ spaceships ammunition and other goodies fly around in space, that power up your own ship when collected. Each destruction of an opposing spacecraft scores one point.

The newest version - which features pretty graphics with particle special effects and a full view panoramic outer-space background - supports matches for up to 8 players. Those can battle in a LAN over TCP/IP or IPX in peer to peer mode against each other.

Parsec is a pure multiplayer game and does not offer any computer-controlled opponents.
